Both have worked with Macs and Mac mini flawlessly. Regarding Dell, it was actually two 24 inch FHD Dells ![]() He was about to go buy a new monitor and hope that it would work with no guarantee that it would since there was no way to know why his monitor would ONLY NOT work with the M1 Mac Mini. After trying everything, including working with his contacts at Apple where he used to work, searching the internet, etc. The monitor worked fine on his other Mac though. I then also use Backblaze for cloud plus iCloud for certain additional backups. So, I have 2 x external SSD's and 3 x external HDD's which are used for 2 x time machine plus various selective backups with Carbon Copy Cloner. Now that's a long one to answer, I'm very OTT with backups. Still going strong (it better should after only 2 1/2 years). Very positive! Any external hard disk (back up)? If so, which connection/port? I paid £1200 including VAT in the UK last year, it's a bargain! I also like that the calibration is held within the monitor hardware, so no searching for correct profile for laptop when unplugged. Some folk comment that 4k on 27" isn't native, but honestly it doesn't matter. There are no negatives to share, the colour accuracy is amazing. Bit of topic (sorry), but can you share your experiences with the CS2740? Pro and neg? Thank you! Probably much more expensive, so CS2740 serious option. That could be my next monitor (still more than enough time), but I'll at least wait for the CG2700x later this year. I use an Eizo CS2740 with a single cable USB-C connection and it works great.
